You can conveniently schedule service for your covered home product right here. Start by searching for your service plan. This will guide you through a few simple steps to get your service scheduled with your service plan provider. 

Yes, a deductible will be due for each service call. Please check your service plan Terms and Conditions. If your service appointment is scheduled through this site, your service plan provider will collect your deductible online. If you schedule your own appointment, your deductible will be subtracted from your reimbursement check.

The fastest way to check the status of your service appointment is to contact your assigned service provider. If you scheduled your service appointment using this site, search for your service plan and click the House Call Details button for the service provider’s contact information.

Your service plan provides coverage within one single-family residence for the cost of parts and labor on covered components that fail due to normal wear and tear. Certain conditions and components, such as inadequate maintenance and cosmetic parts, are not covered. Are you selling your home? You can transfer your service plan to another party at any time. Please email us at Consumer_Relations@assurant.com and include the following information:
1.  Service plan number
2.  Covered home address
3.  Your contact information
     - Full name
     - Email address
     - Primary phone
4.  Contact information of service plan recipient
     - Full name
     - Email address
     - Primary phone

A transfer fee of up to $25 may be charged. Please give us 3 - 5 business days to review your request.

Your home is full of appliances and systems (e.g. heating and air). Sooner or later, they may break from normal wear and tear. It can cost a lot if you need to repair or replace appliances or major systems. A service plan offered through NextEra Home helps cover the cost of repairs or replacements of covered appliances and systems in case of the unexpected.
